North Pole Xmas Trees herein referred as NPXT; guarantees the quality of tree products up to the point of pick up by client or freight carrier.  NPXT is not responsible for damage, deterioration, loss, or other consequences of mishandling tree product(s) during freight.  Tree boxes used are the industry standard.  NPXT is available to assist with information regarding the transportation of product.

Time is of the essence in transporting cut & live tree products.  Climate controlled freight and transit centers are always recommended.   Cut trees breathe, the respiration produces heat.  Volume product can produce substantial heat in non refrigerated containers. Trees should not be left on a trailer for an extended period of time; especially in regions with a warm climate.  Protection should also be applied due to the elements.

Strong needle retention requires hard frost(s) to set needles.  Early deliveries may be postponed.  Evergreens are harvested in rural mountainous regions.  Inclement weather may delay freight and or harvest schedule.
